We inspect all items before sending it out to ensure that they are not defective.
In the case of an event where an item has been damaged during shipping, you have 5 days from delivery to report the item as damaged. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the item and details of the damage. You may be asked to return the item for further inspection. The return cost is at the expense of the buyer. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed as damaged, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Refunds from a damaged item can take 3-7 business days.
